TOOLING
Our team work closely with clients to design tools and develop protypes to mitigate errors before moving to full scale production. We leverage in In-House, Local Engineering & China based tooling production alternatives depending on the product specific requirements. Our repair capability also ensures tools operate at maximum capacity and an extended useful production life.

INJECTION MOULDING
With 22 in-house injection moulding machines ranging from 3to 800 tonnes, we deliver precise manufacturing, from small 2g components to larger 4kg products. Also In collaboration with our local and international partners, we can extend this capability up to 5,000 tonnes, producing components as large as 30kg when required.
